Elderberry
Names: Sambucus
Description: Shrub or small tree, leaves grow opposite and have leaflets. Flowers are white / cream and grow in clusters Fruit is a red / blue / black / yellow / white berry and grows in clusters.
Concern level: Only during drought conditions, unpalatable.
Toxic parts: Stem and leaves.
Symptoms: Gastrointestinal upset, diarrhea, coma
Danger: Contains cyanogenic glycoside.
