Pretty much everyone wants to believe in the magnificent unicorn. They are one of the mythical creatures that seem to be loved on the collective whole. Robert Vavra did a great job of convincing us all that they just might exist.

Worldwide Love Affair

There is unicorn mythology from all corners of the world, however, everyone has to make that call for themselves, even though most of us will continue to believe somewhere deep in our hearts. Perhaps that’s how they do exist, because so many people wish it to be true.

A Real Unicorn Skeleton?

This is convincing, although I doubt it’s validity. I was able to find news of a unicorn skeleton exhibition, but it was difficult to tell if it was this that was displayed.

It’s probably just a goat skeleton, but that doesn’t dull it’s cool factor.

Just like a Tiffany’s box, the packaging really sells it. Put a goat skeleton in a box with unicorns on the lid and viola you have unearthed a mythical being.

I’m not a total skeptic, but you’d think if someone found a real live unicorn skeleton there would be news about it somewhere.

The horn on the nose is really what looks fishy, however if it isn’t real it is a well done fake.

A Scientific Letdown

This guy doesn’t buy it, he’s a man of science and the scientific method has no time for magical horse beings, no matter how beautiful they are.

    Well, if the Bible says there are unicorns then I guess that settles it. We all know that the Bible is completely true. Donkeys talk, the planet Earth can stop rotating and then resume again at the same speed, snakes used to have legs, 7 people could completely re-populate the Earth in 7,000 years with dozens of different races and languages, fish and bread can spontaneously materialize from thin air in a few minutes time…yes, anything is possible! Angels can have sex with people and speak (Gen. 6), God can have sex with people and speak (virgin birth), God killed millions of innocent people whos only crime was not being Jewish and/or living where they happened to be born instead of leaving before the Jews arrived, there were no rainbows prior to 7,000 years ago, and Jesus is coming on this Saturday, May 21, 2011!!!

    ive believed in unicorns ever since i can remember. i was mad about them. even though i was that mad, ive only had a dream about a unicorn once in my life, which lasted a second. YOU COULD SAY UNICORNS ARE REAL OR THEY DONT EXIST. unicorns are said to be incredible magical animals with a single horn- this is a myth. but unicorns are real. you could call the deer, born a year ago with a single horn in the middle of his head, a unicorn, because its very rare to see this ad people say this is ‘magical’. but real magic unicorns- horses with a horn- arnt real, believe me, im a unicorn fan. THE YOUTUBE VIDEO OF THE UNICORN SIGHTING ON THE CLIUFF IS A HOAX, THERE IS ANOTHER VIDEO LEADING OFF IT SAYING ITS A HOAX.

    Unicorns are fictional as is the loch ness monster and big foot something everyone wishes existed but is a mythical animal made up in someones mind ! I hate to burst your bubble but horses do not fly and do not have horns never have never will !     i am a firm unicorn believer. i refuse to listen to my friends when they say they arent real, becaus in my heart i KNOW they are. i saw one when i was younger. as a bonus i can actually touch a unicorn, beause only virgins can tame them. i dont belive that they are the evolution of goats, becaus ethen instead of goats we would have unicorns. i think it may be a part of a horse’s dna which caused it to grow a extra horn out of its head. they probablys ran into hiding to escape us greedy humans.     Alright everyone. This might sound like bullshit but im a spiritualist, n from what ive experienced, unicorns are real. they may not exsist in this universe but they are real. Ive, (along with my friends) have gone to their universe. This may sound stario typical but there were many flowers and diff colored unicorns and each one was very nice. I have many spiritual friends and we all saw n herd the same thing at the same time. Dont b diss’n unicorns. They are healers n patial protectors. If i culd bring one here n give it a living body id show u all but yet that wont b possible till the war in 2050. But thats a whole nother story of its own.

    I read in a Book of Unicorns that the sons of Noah denied the Unicorn to come aboard the Ark. It was raining so hard by the time the Unicorns showed up that they refused to open the door for them and thus there are no Unicorns on earth today because of the laziness of Noah’s sons.     I totally think unicorns are reall or were real at one point in time and not just because im like every other girl who wants them to be real( because trust me I do. But If you really think about it the unicorn may have evolved into a horse.As animals evolve and lose things like bones or organs like people have tail bones but we dont actually have tails ? Horses may have at one point in time had horns which would have made them unicorns <3

    You know, unicorns actually REALLY do exist. I’ve seen one three times, and it was always the same night of the year (it was the middle of winter) and the same time. The first time was when I was 7, I was woken up by a horse whinnying outside, I look out of the window, and a great big unicorn charged right past the house. I thought it was just my imagination, but then it happened again two years later, only this time, it stopped, looked DIRECTLY at me, and seemed to be calling to me. The THIRD time was five years after that, as before, it stopped and looked at me, but I was waiting for it in the snow. An absolutely beautiful creature, it just looked at me very hard, and I could hardly breathe, I was just so awestruck at seeing it. (I’m not sure of it’s gender). Since then, I’ve waited outside the house on the same night of every year, hoping that it will come again. It’s already been a year since the last visit, so I may be waiting a few more before it visits again.

    Unicorns MIGHT be real.
    I’ve been doing researches for like…40 mins and I found out a few good stuff bout unicorns.It is true that most people picture a unicorn as a magnificent white horse with a horn on his head (As I do) But there are a few other theories….. I read a website that says that the well knowed “horse-like” unicorn is just a myth…. But the ONE HORNED rhinoceros is the REAL unicorn. On the other side, it could be the one horned white, small goat that that man up presented….
    I also saw some AMAZING videos and picures of unicorns AND unicorn sightings. I must say that some of them looked so real that I nearly fell off my chair! I L-O-V-E unicorns and I hope they’re real… BUT STILL there is no ..real..proof :(

    my theories: 1. if you don’t believe in unicorns, it kills your unicorn guardian but if you do, your unicorn guardian might show himself/herself to you. 2. all the unicorns, and all magical creatures, except one unicorn called the Guardian live in a magical land called Luster and the only way to get there is to a. have a magic amulet that the unicorns gave you, or b. find a magical gate and jump through it. 3. when the great flood of Noah came, all the unicorns except 2 baby unicorns flew to a magical land called Arcadia and the 2 baby unicorns went on Noah’s ark but when they wer supposed to become real unicorns they couldn’t because there were no adult unicorns to do the ceremony so the adult unicorns made a spell that turns the baby unicorns into adult unicorns but it must have a moonflower, a hair from the unicorn’s mane, the unicorn, the light of the Twilight Star, and the spell must be spoken by a human and since unicorns are magical they can fly without wings.

    Unicorns are real. But they are starting to become extinct because people are killing them for their horns. The horn of a unicorn is worth tons of money. I am a unicorn lover and have been all of my life. Unicorns are rarely ever seen because people are killing them and if we don’t do something about it they will disappear.     well duh they’re real, you think people would just make up these things, ALL OVER THE WORLD? course they cant fly they dont have wings but they are almost (and may be) extinct, but theyre real, just exaggerated. like santa. he was a nice guy who gave out presents, but then some idiot said his reindeer he used to pull his sleigh could fly.

    It does look a little fishy, but however finding a Unicorn could be good or bad… Seeing that we don’t know what they do you realize that in major films and things Pegasus’s were used mostly.. For example: ‘Hercules’ the classic Disney animation & Both clash of the titan movies… Furthermore for all we know Unicorns could be aggressive towards people… Seeing that we haven’t actually seen a live one out of shadow they could however have a slightly smaller horn on their muzzle… I think however that maybe the one in the desert was Photo shopped or someone stuck a plastic horn on their horse and made it run through a sandy patch and the one with the skeleton that could have easily have been a baby rhino with a fake horn made onto it… I’m not saying that I disbelieve but, the Unicorns could have been killed with the flood along with most of the dinosaurs way back when. if the bible was a picture book this would have proved so… I also LOVE Unicorns!

    I think that unicorns are the most magical mythical creature of all because humans love of them and desire to believe makes them a dreamlike reality to us. Lets face it, we all want that rainbow horn and pure white stallion to come to us one day and say that we’ve been destined to ride on one of the last great unicorn adventures of all time. Our desire for them and ally hat they are for is so strong it makes that seem like a posssibiblity, thats why unicorns and other mythical creatures alike have stuck around for so many centuries, thriving on our will to believe. :) happy unicorns everybody

    If you want to be technical about it, they were alive once. I love Unicorns and think that there is a chance of their survival today. But, lets look at it from a biblical point. The word ‘Unicorn’ is in the bible 9 times.

    I read it in Exodus, and Deuteronomy and they described it as a creature with a horn on its head and with hooves that was used to work(i think they said for it to work…) or something along that line. Maybe a unicorn is a little different from what we know? anyways, that ‘mummified unicorn’ could possibly be real if you looked at it that way~

    I love Unicorns X3. No.really. I freakin’ love Unicorns. ^^

    In the 1900s, scientists declared both komodo dragons and okapis to be mythical (if you don’t know what either of these animals are, search them on google). However, these creatures are real and actually exist in the world. Without proof, science believes nothing (excepting the big bang and evolution, which has surprising lack of evidence). My science teacher put it this way: “All scientific theories are just that; theories. Until solid hard evidence is found either for or against something, you can’t be sure.” He was talking about evolution in this case but it also applies here as saying that just because science claims that unicorns and such do not exist, until there is actual proof for or against this, we cannot be sure. I personally choose to believe in unicorns, and I have explained why in about three points there.

    Well, I think Unicorns do exist. Maybe there are a lot of myths about them but there are still a lot, and I mean A LOT of species that humans have not discovered yet. It is possible that unicorns became extinct millions of years ago too.

    im not sure but unicorns may be a uncommon horse that grazes in mountians and near lakes and rivers and streams or in somewhat just a beautiful place but as far as i know that could be the key to thinking that they are magical creatures that are rarely seen

    i do believe unicorns exist. hmmm well everyone is intitled to their own opinion on what is real and what isnt. And yeah, i agree that just so suddenly spotting a unicorn after looking for it is kinda suspicious, unless you’ve seen it there before and the unicorn just so happens to have a routine of passing by there. But i’m a person that believes anything is possible. its like the air, just because you cant see it, doesnt mean its not there. your just not looking hard enough or going about it the right way. for the unbelievers take some time and think of ways a unicorn could be real, or reasons why someone might not believe in them. you’ll be surprised if you start to believe a little.

    They are real. I am a unicorn lover myself. I’ve researched them in books and on the web. I am certain they are real. I did read in one of the books and the web that a unicorn’s definition is “A mammal with one horn placed on its fore-head” I also researched “one horned mammal” I found out that there are mutated goats that only have one horn that ends up on there fore-head. I also found out that “rhinos” are considered unicorns. And maybe somewhere in the world are actual unicorns [a horse with a horn on its fore-head]. Some people say they “found a unicorn” this may be true we may never know if an actual unicorn [horse with a horn on its fore-head] really exist. Thanks for asking.

If you watch extremely close, the horse doesn’t even walk off. It just moves over and disappears. And when I say “moves over” I mean that it looks like someone is moving a picture.

    I HAVE read in the Quran that humans and animals ar not the only creatures in the world there are many other creatures that the humans dosn’t know about (Yet) so maybe Unicorns do exist but I somehow don’t really think so

    I do think they are real at points but sometimes its like dude stop being retarted and start faceing reality. I do love them and think they are real but I’m confused and can’t make my mind. But that video at the end confinced me that they are real :)
