Looking for an experienced horse person with either carriage driving, team driving or guided trail ride experience, excellent background in employee management and exceptional skills in communication and sales. This is a management position answering only to the owner. Help can consist of full-time and seasonal employees, volunteers and a work-to-ride program. Self-motivation is a must. Early morning riser is required. Sales will consist of up selling customers that are reserving by phone or e-mail, promoting our services at chamber and association functions as well as directly to businesses such as cruise organizers, hotels, and event planners,and participating in our blogs, facebook, twitter and other on-line advertising activities.
Housing, salary, commissions, tips and health insurance after one year come to a value of nearly 34,000 for your second year with us. Commissions have no limit and are based on the amount of work you do and your employees do. So the better your employee training and management skills are the more money you will make.
