High quality, made-to measure General Purpose saddle with focus on dressage. The GPD’s saddle flaps are cut straighter and allow the rider to sit perfectly in the point of gravity, placing the rider’s legs into a perfect dressage position. At the same time the saddle flaps still allow sufficient space for riding with jumping length stirrups.

As all Sankey saddles this is built on a laminated beechwood spring tree with a broad gullet, pure wool stuffed French panels for perfect weight distribution over the horse’s back and extra shoulder-freedom. A lovely, durable saddle for all purposes, which is equipped with two sets of Velcro knee blocks tailor-made for the rider, one for jumping and one for dressage.

The leather options are: Black, Dark Havana, Newmarket, Tobacco, or 2-Tone English Vegetable Tanned Leather.

The length of the saddle flaps, knee rolls and stirrup bars are tailor made to the rider. The saddle comes in a narrow twist, which enables close contact to the horse.

Seat sizes: 17, 17.5, 18, 18.5 inches.
