Description

A required minimum 40 hour work week split over five days with one hour break with every consecutive five hours worked. Two days off a week preferably not weekends and holidays. Rotating holidays possible, all farm events are required work days.For every lesson taught a rate of $20/hr will be paid. A work week will consist of stall cleaning, turn in & out. Schooling lesson, boarders and trail horses maintaining a steady lesson program, horse and pony camps. Night checks and feedings.
Chance to build new clients while growing with our new facility.Housing on premise w/cell phone, possibility to bring own horse, training and resale horse projects available, pays commission and time worked with horse. Current lesson program 8-10 students weekly, 25-30 different clients monthly. Training & Ridding Certification encouraged, will provide funding for exams with time commitment. 2-3 Clients steadily showing rated and local. Ridding in Hunter Paces monthly.
Your starting compensation package will be as follows, living quarters with roommates including electricity, heat, cell phone of which twenty hours per week worked will cover those expenses. An additional 5 hours per/horse per/week for board of which a stall/grain/hay will be provided.
