Chinese equestrian Alex Hua Tian is breaking barriers in the horse world. This year he will ride his mount Chico into the ring as the first Chinese to compete in three-day eventing at an international equestrian event; and the youngest rider to ever compete in the three-part event at the olympics.

For this monumental event his horse (Chico) was given a rather creative body shave and decorated with the stars from the Chinese flag on his hindquarters.

His participation has no doubt drawn local crowds to the eventing competitions as he jumps his way into the history books.
