Why We Like It
Yes, we know that’s not a horse up there, but we had to share it anyway. This is a Scottish breed of cattle called Highland Cattle & they are absolutely stunning. That coat is amazing & gives them such a cuddly look. We love this picture simply because it is stunning.
Hard to Decide
This week’s decision wasn’t hard, the minute we laid eyes on this image we had to share it. The Highland Cattle breed was developed in the Western Isles & Highlands of Scotland making them a hardy breed which produces lean meat (they get most of their insulation from the fur & grow less body fat).
