This video has been around for awhile, but even if you have already seen this touching clip of Christian the Lion it is worth another watch.
Quick History
John Rendall & Ace Berg bought the lion club at Harrods in London. Christian lived a life of luxury, traveling in Bentleys and eating in fine restaurants. Once the lion became too big to stay in the city he was rehabilitated back into the wild in Kenya by the ‘Lion Man’ George Adamson.
The Lion Reunion
This video is footage of Rendall & Berg returning to Kenya a year after Christian was released. They were told that he wouldn’t remember them and was completely wild…they were wrong.
