Czech Republic

  • Instructor (Beroun-Praha-Czech Republic) Wed, 1 Oct 2008 19:28:00
Training of the private horses, training of our horses we offer for lease and our few school horses.Training involves dressage, jumping if possible, country rides, lunging and free runs. You should have a solid knowledge of dressage, jumping is welcome but not absolutely necessary. We have quite a few German Riding Ponies which are competing horses up to a hight of 148cm but which means that ideally you shouldnt weight more than approx. 64 kg in order to be able to help us with their training as well. You would teach beginners and if possible as well intermediate and advanced riders (but as well possible to teach only beginners) and helping in the stables like tacking up, grooming the horses before riding, tacking care of the blankets. No mucking out involved!
You would have 2 days a week off in which you can go either to Prague, explore our beautfiful country side or have lessons through one of the other instructors. If you need sometimes some extra days for trips (very cheap flights from Prague to quite a few destinations in Europe) we can arange that as well - we are a small young team and so I can be as well flexibel to everybodys needs….as long as the customers and work doesnt “suffer” from it. Salary: to be discussed
  • Nanny/Au Pair (Beroun-Praha-Czech Republic) Mon, 29 Sep 2008 21:22:00
I am looking for somebody who can help me with my 2 daughters (3 years and 4 month old)so I have some more time again for riding and to manage our riding center. The 3 year old one will start to go to the kindergarten in September so she will be half of the day not home. I love to spend as much time as possible with my children so I am not looking for somebody to replace me but to help me looking after them and a bit help in the household.
We have a nice garden and I am happy if the children spend a lot of time outside. I am very easy going and beside some basic rules (loving care, no shouting, no sweets) I am generally happy when my children are happy.
Regarding the working hours I am quite flexibel as well and we could discuss the amount of hours - sometimes babysitting in the evening and on the weekend would be involved. Generally there are certain amount (to be agreed on) of hours required to help me with the children and the household but in the month of January (and some other times when I visit my family in Austria) we are most of the time not here and then you could either decide to take the time off and to travel for example or you can work those hours in the stable. Salary: to be discussed
