  Prepare (groom/tack) horses for trail rides and care on return, assist with yard duties (feeding, sweeping, etc. but no mucking out), escort trail rides for mostly novice/beginner riders, wanting a safe holiday experience.
  Assist with kids camps when no trail rides.
  Must be strong, confident rider. Ride/lead (leading 2nd horse) experience desirable but training can be given. Work well in a team. Friendly, sociable character essential to talk with customers on rides and about the island.
  Ability to make it safe/fun and give instructions to beginner riders as you go along.
  Safety conscious. Ability to “read” a horse and also quickly assess a rider’s ability.
  This is NOT a holiday with some riding, it is a hands-on working role, getting involved, representing the stables at all times.
