Origins

The Patibarcina Horse comes from Cuba and is the result of a cross between the native Cuban Criollo and Andalusian & Barb animals.

Later this breed saw the influence of Canadian horses to add a robust element for agriculture.

Features

Average height 14.3 – 15 hands

Physique

Head has a straight or slightly convex profile
Ears are small & pricked
Neck is well muscled & arched
Shoulder is long & sloping
Legs are muscular & strong
Hooves are strong & hard
